HarvardMUN Canada’s Circuit Rewards Program
Every conference, one national path. Compete more; climb higher. Each qualifying conference a delegate attends before registering earns a discount on their HarvardMUN Canada delegate fee, with championship conferences such as CAHSMUN and UTMUN earning the largest discounts. Discounts accumulate across every qualifier attended, up to a set limit; any amount beyond that limit is converted into HarvardMUN Canada merchandise credit.
As a result, every conference registration carries value twice over. Delegates receive the full experience of the conference itself, and a portion of what they paid comes off their fee at HarvardMUN Canada. Delegates who have competed throughout the year will arrive in Toronto with a meaningful share of their registration already covered.
This is what makes HarvardMUN Canada the most affordable international conference in the country. The more a delegate competes, the less they pay to join us
Mission Statement
Across Canada, Model UN conferences bring together thousands of students each year, each one with its own community and character. The HarvardMUN Canada National Circuit connects them. Our mission rests on a unified circuit, upward mobility, and accessibility. The circuit rewards passionate and dedicated delegates: from their first school conference to regional competition, national championships, and, ultimately, the HarvardMUN Canada Tournament of Champions. In doing so, it reinforces Model UN as an extracurricular worth committing to, for students, schools, and the conferences that host them. We want the delegates who invest the most in Model UN to have the easiest path to its highest level. Each qualifier a delegate attends lowers their registration fee at HarvardMUN Canada, turning experience into opportunity.
HarvardMUN Canada Discounting
HarvardMUN Canada offers registration discounts to delegates who have attended qualifying conferences. Qualifiers are grouped into three tiers—local, regional and championship—and each tier carries a fixed discount on the HarvardMUN Canada delegate fee. You can combine discounts from multiple qualifiers. The table below sets out the value of each tier, the conferences confirmed so far, and the terms that apply. See our qualifier conferences.
We will announce local and regional qualifiers as partner conferences are confirmed. To claim a discount, delegates must note the qualifying conferences they have attended on the registration form at the time of registration. Our team will then verify and apply the discount. Questions about eligibility can be directed to delegates@hmuncanada.org.
