Please fill out the Independent Delegate Application below. If selected, a registration form will be sent to your inbox, where you will make payment. Cash or cheque is not accepted for independent delegates.

Team Application Instructions

Please fill out the Team Application below. You will be assessed as a delegation. If selected, a registration form for all team delegates will be sent to your inbox, where team payment can be made or an invoice requested. If an invoice is requested, please keep in mind that spots are only secured once payment is made.
Payment can be made by cheque or electronically, but it must be sent within 2 weeks of an invoice or the spots will be released. Schools will be billed for the total number of spots requested, not the number of students that attend the conference.

Financial Aid

At HarvardMUN Canada, we are committed to providing all students with the opportunity to engage in this rich academic event, regardless of financial capacity.

That is why we are proud to announce that HarvardMUN Canada will be free for all low-income students. Students whose family income is at or below the Canadian Low-Income Cut-Off Line will receive free admission to HarvardMUN Canada. This will cover all registration fees, but please note that it will not cover travel expenses, food, or hotel fees.

Once accepted into HarvardMUN Canada 2027, a financial aid form will be sent to all registrants. To apply, fill out the form within the registration period you have been given.

Discounts

This year, HarvardMUN Canada is proud to partner with conferences around Canada to provide discounts for experienced delegates. Delegates who have attended ToC Qualifier Conferences prior to applying will have a subsequent discount applied to their registration fee. Up to $100 can be discounted from the registration fee through this method. Attendance at applicable conferences after registration will be attributed as HarvardMUN Canada credits, applicable to all future HarvardMUN Canada conferences or merchandise.

Refunds

HarvardMUN Canada offers the lowest delegate fees of any HarvardMUN conference. To keep our conference affordable, we do not offer general refunds.
